Every marriage has its ups and downs and for twenty years, Judge Michael Reynolds has been reminding himself of that fact. His wife, Chéri, is the epitome of the perfect suburban wife. Chéri works for an advertising agency, raises their twin sons, and micromanages them all to within an inch of their lives. It’s working, he reassures himself. It’s not working well, but it’s working. While he readily accepts his part of the blame for what their marriage has become, he is not willing to continue with the status quo.
What he wants shocks her to the core. At the same time, there is a certain aspect of his idea that appeals to her in a way she never would have suspected. You see, Michael wants to take over. He wants to be the one in charge of their household and especially of her, as he’s convinced it will improve their love life as well as their marriage. He wants to try age-play. They will start slowly, he assures her. On the weekends he will become her daddy. She will leave her troubles and adult responsibilities at the door when she walks in the house on Friday evening. From then on, it is his turn to take care of her. He will provide for all her needs, love and care for her, and discipline her when the need arises. In return for her obedience, she will be pampered and sexually satisfied in ways only he is aware of.
For sure it is a leap of faith, but Chéri takes it, and finds far more than she bargained for as this forty-something couple learns you can teach an old dog new rules.

I have read a lot of D/s and Age Play books but most left me looking for something that wasn't there. Markie Morelli's books have given me what I was looking for, a story about a couple with a loving D/s age play relationship with elements of medical play that fits well with the characters. The 2 main characters are well developed without the excessively long internal dialog so many novels, the kind that you can literally skip a few pages and not miss anything. The musings of these characters are long enough to understand the person and his/her reasons for how they respond to each other. I have long looked for a book like this, one where the punishments fit the crime and the Daddy isn't looking to simply dominate or torture his "babygirl" but to love, to punish and often to excite her with a wide variety of methods. Despite their previously rocky marriage, the love and respect between the two characters is clear. It isn't about the punishment, it isn't about the domination, it isn't about the submission. It is about the love between the two and how that is expressed. I especially enjoyed the elements of medical play that fit right in with the story and wish more stories of this type would include it. Truly hope this series continues.Product details

I need a Daddy like Mike. I want a nursery and unlike Cheri I wouldn't worry about diapers and bottles
I have read about four age play stories. In each the young virgin woman was taken against her will and forced to live as a baby. They bordered on torture. However I ran across the premise of this story and decided to give it a try. It was well written. The general synopsis is a couple who have twin boys have just gone off to college. The time prior to this the mom was over worked at home and at her job. It affected her personality so badly the husband was considering divorce. After the boys left for school he decided he wanted the wife he married to return to a less stressed out state. He did some research online and looked at
things that appealed to him. Then he begins the road to making his wife and himself happy. There is plenty of play. This book is not suitable for those under 18. I did enjoy this book.
Read this one BEFORE the Book Two - good characters in lively situations. Most enjoyable!
A fantastic sweet romance with some mild age play made for an enjoyable read! A new author for me and I'm smiling and anxiously waiting for book two! Nicely done!!

Other books in this type of story usually have much older men and very young girls glad this author stayed away from that.
What a great read! I loved how Cheri came to grips with who she was and what she wanted from her husband/Daddy. I thought the chemistry between the two of them was spot on! I can't wait for the next Markie Morelli book!
The dynamics of a changing relationship between Cheri and Michael is the basis of this sexciting age play story. In the formative years of their marriage Cheri had been the take charge partner/parent who ruled the roost, but when the kids leave home for college the roles begin to change. Michael has been too accommodating (enabling) to Cheri’s overbearing and controlling persona, and is now questioning the viability of their marriage. In an attempt to save both their marriage and themselves, he begins to take charge of the relationship…., and Cheri is receptive to it. They initially enter into an age play scenario on weekends but that quickly begins to evolve into weekdays, and it intensifies on almost a daily basis. There is a significant power exchange that leads towards total immersion in the life style. This book contains all of the elements of age play and has significant explicit anal play content. Be forewarned, if this is something you are squeamish about this book is not for you. However, if this pushes your buttons you will be absolutely delighted with it. For me, it is between 4 and 5 stars leaning more towards 5.
